Location: Albany and Clifton Park, NY

General Description

OrthoNY has an opening for Physical Therapist in our Albany and Clifton Park Office. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of the Physical Therapy service line within the OrthoNY Medical Practice consisting of Orthopedic, Spine, Sports Medicine and Pain Management physicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions with patients, colleagues, physicians, and all visitors to the practice;
• Provides to patients a customized plan of care in an energetic outpatient physical therapy setting;
• Collaborates with patients and colleagues, including Physical Therapist Assistants, to provide cohesive and well-coordinated care;
• Proficient with EMR systems; completes documentation in a timely manner;
• Other responsibilities as designated by the manager.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred;
• Current New York State Physical Therapy license;
• Experience with a wide range of patient age groups and diagnoses;
• Time management and organization capabilities.

Other Information

• Travel between our offices may be required. Reliable transportation is essential
