Position Summary (Purpose of job):
The Marketing Content Coordinator is responsible for developing compelling product marketing content to position and differentiate Samsung HVAC products through effective messaging and creating marketing collaterals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and writing skills, the ability to translate technical information into digestible content for diverse audiences, and experience in working with graphic designers developing ancillary non-technical sales support tools like multi-page product literature documents, product brochures, case studies, and other sales support collaterals. They will also need to understand brand guidelines and marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities

Lead marketing efforts surrounding product launches and content development for sales enablement marketing collaterals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Applications, Training, and Sales to define product positioning/features and translate technical details into benefits for the end-user.

Owner of all marketing assets, update and maintain assets library. Coordinate the distribution of content across various channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and third-party publications.

Collaborate with the sales department to identify and develop case studies and reference sites.

Stay updated on the latest HVAC industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep up with best practices to continuously improve content quality.
