Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: Woodbridge, NJ
Job Status: Full Time
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the marketing team with day-to-day activities for Northfield Bank. Assist with internal communications, event management, community relations, budget tracking, advertising strategy, and digital metrics. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for social media monitoring and scheduling social posts under the direction of the Marketing Manager
- Monitor customer submitted reviews, comments, and questions submitted to social media sites and online directory listings
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor traffic to the Northfield website
- Assist with content and design for advertising materials and web site
- Assist with planning and execution of digital advertising programs and tracking and monitoring campaign results
- Assist with the planning, logistics, and communications for internal and external events
- Process paperwork and deliverables for the Bank's sponsorship of community groups or organizations
- Plan, gather content, and produce the quarterly internal newsletter
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of content for branch digital marketing displays
- Categorize and log all marketing invoices into budget tracking sheet
- Assist with requests from the deposit and lending teams for sales and marketing support
- Oversee orders from departments placed on the online promotional items store and the Fiserv branch ticket store
- Assist marketing team with planning and execution of marketing programs and initiatives
- Utilize EnAct CRM to distribute leads to sales teams
- Monitor customer survey program reporting and interact with business lines as needed
- Coordinate the approval and retention process for advertising materials compliance reviews
- Incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion messaging into internal and external communications.
- Compliance with all relevant Bank policies and procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
- Professional experience in marketing or related field required (1+ years)
- Intermediate level of PC skills and MS Office (Word, Excel) required (1+ years)
- Graphic Design using Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
