The Promotion Assistant supports the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role involves working closely with the marketing and events team to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and effectively reach the target audience. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns and events.
• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including flyers, banners, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and event partners.
• Help manage the logistics of events, including setting up, managing, and taking down promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate the distribution of promotional merchandise and track inventory.
• Assist in managing social media channels by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.
• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing timelines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
