Imperial Surveillance is looking to add highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to our Arlington Heights office. We are a full service, licensed, security company that specializes in video surveillance, access control, alarm systems and cyber solutions. Primary Responsibilities:

● Gathering information about the company's target audience, market, and competitors.
● Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets.
● Planning sales and advertising campaigns, including designing and overseeing ad layouts.
● Producing and editing marketing content.
● Tracking the reach of campaigns and monitoring campaign performance.
● Analyzing market trends and critiquing them.
● Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments, or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.

Qualifications:

● Effective writing, speaking presenting and active listening skills.
● Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable.
● Creativity, adaptability, and familiarity with current marketing trends.
● Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
● Great organization, time management and prioritization abilities.
●Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, customer relationship management and other relevant software.

●Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $25/hr.
