Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Immediate Supervisor: President
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours-Week
Work Location: Flexible work environment, 3-4 days onsite (Edina, MN)
Salary: Starting at $45,000 Annually + Benefits
As a Marketing Coordinator for Lifestyle Communities, developers of Artessa Living, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, supporting a leader in Cooperative Development, and driving marketing initiatives to attract members and promote our portfolio of communities. This role supports every core business function, including sales, development, member relations, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Implement social media strategies tailored to Lifestyle Communities & Artessa Development's objectives, which are driven by leadership and agency partners.
- Identify target demographics and outline tactics to increase brand visibility, agent attraction, and engagement across platforms, with directive from leadership and agency partners.
- Manage, monitor and oversee engagement of our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create consistent, meaningful written and visual content on all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines and goals.
- Creative development and post scheduling
- Asset execution (taking pictures/video at events, including progress images from community construction)
- Manage any boosted social posts, including audience and budget allocation.
- Attend Informational Meetings (as available) to take pictures and create posts for social media.
- Help execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Lifestyle's portfolio of communities, completing tasks as assigned by leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR consultants to implement content strategies, serving as the primary point of contact for project management.
- Work within the brand guidelines to create polished and cohesive marketing materials and collateral for social media posts, newsletters, sales flyers, and presentations.
- Write, design and distribute a monthly member newsletter on behalf of each community. Monitor analytics to provide recommendations for content updates.
- Oversee the development and execution of all email marketing efforts including event invitations, marketing campaigns, member updates, and more.
- Manage and update the contact database, including executing email campaigns, communicating with clients and prospects, and creating follow-up workflows for the team to convert leads.
- Publish all events up on the website.
- Liaise with the sales and leadership team to execute website updates and work with the web developer to manage ticketing process.
- Provide support to the leadership team on items that require creative, writing, or marketing assets.
- Support the sales team on tactical strategies to drive sales and awareness, coordinating events, including promotions and on-site logistics.
- Coordinate sales collateral and assemble for sales and development team to create responses and compile data for RFPs.
What You'll Bring:
- Knowledge of marketing principles, with an ability to execute all activities and bring new ideas to the table to improve efficiencies.
- Proficient in Canva, Constant Contact, project management tools, and CRM systems.
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience managing business accounts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Ad experience is a bonus.
- Experience cross-collaborating with different teams, managing projects, facilitating communication, and providing support across various business functions.
- Experience in real estate or development is a bonus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related fields at an accredited institution.
