At Safran Federal Systems, we value internships that align well with intern growth as well as company growth. We are looking for a Marketing intern to join our team for a 3-month period lasting from October 2024 to December 2024, to assist our team.

The Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will have base-level knowledge in Marketing and be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Marketing or a related field. Our paid marketing internship provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in a multitude of marketing disciplines, and specialized knowledge in B2B (business to business) and B2G (business to government) marketing in a high-tech field.

We’re the world leader in Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing (A-PNT) solutions that improve the reliability, performance, and safety of critical high-risk operations, even in GPS/GNSS denied environments. We provide virtually fail-safe GNSS and PNT solutions and applications for military and government contract customers.

How I will Contribute:

• Assist marketing team members with a wide range of tasks and projects, including but not limited to:
  • Social Media
  • Advertising/Paid Media
  • Digital Content
    • (Emails, Blogs, Landing Pages, Videos, etc.)
  • CRM
  • SEO
  • Internal and External Marketing Events
  • Campaigns
  • Research
  • Operations & Logistics
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Internal Requests
• Collaboration with other cross functional teams such as Sales, Business Development, and Engineering.
  
  

What you bring to the role:

• Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, communications or a related field. Recent graduates will be considered as well. 
• Familiar with marketing fundamentals and ideals
• Entry-level understanding of digital performance metrics and attribution
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, MailChimp, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Wix or equivalent platforms a plus
• Enthusiasm and willingness to adapt and learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to be highly responsive and collaborate with remote team members through Email and Teams

• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside an office environment

• The ability to remain poised under all circumstances, and to interact effectively with people in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
