ROLE SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with +7 years of B2B marketing experience in the employee health benefits, third party administration companies and/or pharmacy benefits management (PBM) industries. This position will be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of B2B marketing programs and key strategic initiatives at Assured Benefits Administrators, Verus-Rx, and other affiliated brands within Rendall’s Healthcare Enterprise Group, as needed.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership and Commercial teams (Sales and Client Success) to understand the businesses’ goals and translate them into multi-channel campaigns that tailor messages to multi-layered audiences in the PBM/employee benefits sectors. S/he will lead a team of marketing associates in the execution of the marketing plan as well as its digital and offline strategies, closely monitoring KPIs and effectively managing budgets.
Success is dependent upon productive collaboration with leaders across the Enterprise Group including Sales, Client Success, Operations, Clinical and their teams as well as engagement with cross-enterprise marketing teams and leaders that support the production of assets, campaigns and resources.
