Demand Generation Specialist
RxBenefits is seeking a remote Demand Generation Specialist who combines technical savvy, creative energy, data analytics, and a focus on results to execute B2B marketing programs that drive our company’s growth. Reporting to the Manager, Demand Generation, the Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for the overall execution of multi-channel market campaigns and programs, using approved messaging and marketing content, to drive awareness, audience engagement, and increases sales. Campaigns in the Demand Generation Specialist’s portfolio will focus on lead generation/nurture, pipeline progression, cross/upsell, and account-based marketing. This role requires strong marketing and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other marketing teams to align on campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and reporting
- Leverage SEO Research: Conduct and or apply SEO research using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Keyword Planner, and SEMrush to ensure campaigns and content are optimized to attract and engage target audiences
- Project Management: Manage demand generation projects and coordination of tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring entire project is executed on time and within scope (includes campaign scheduling, calendar management, and Asana project management)
- Campaign Execution: Deploy integrated B2B demand generation campaigns, produced in coordination with vertical marketing and demand generation leaders, across various channels to include organic and paid search, content marketing and email, direct mail, social media, digital advertising, content syndication, webinars, and events
- Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing programs to move leads through the funnel, nurture existing prospect and customer relationships, and drive renewals
- Product Upsell: Execute and manage product upsell campaigns to drive uptake of key solutions to improve client level profitability and create barriers to exit
- Campaign Performance Management: Track, report, and analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing
- 3+ years demonstrable experience in B2B marketing campaign execution
- Mid-level to expert at managing SEO research and mechanics
- Demonstrated success running digital marketing programs, including LinkedIn and GoogleAds
- Understand lead generation metrics including CTR, impressions, conversions, etc.; competency using data to optimize performance and focus activities
- Exemplary organizational and prioritization skills - project-oriented with an attention to detail; proven ability to influence team members to complete their tasks on time
- Strong copywriting and grammar skills, creating copy and headlines that motivate different verticals/audiences
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable navigating Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Hubspot, or another Marketing Automation Platform
- A "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver
