About the Role
The Navix team is looking to add an experienced engineer to its roster of ~15 developers. As a Developer on the Navix.io Engineering team, you will have a great deal of autonomy and ownership contributing to our product and platform that powers the country’s largest logistics companies. We are interested in your ideas and innovation. If you’ve got experience at a startup or have an “I will figure this out” mindset, we encourage you to apply. We value developers who embrace ownership over order-takers.

- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the software development team, product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and design discussions.
- Provide regular updates on task progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Actively seek feedback to improve personal development and coding skills.
What You'll Bring
- 3 years minimum working in a B2B SaaS environment.

- Willingness to embrace a remote working environment and asynchronous, document driven communication.
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- A desire to use data to drive your decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Autonomy and an ownership mindset – we’ll help you, but we want you to help us too.
- Proficiency in English in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to use dark mode for everything, or you’ll be subject to much ridicule.

We believe that the best software is software that is in use, in production. We optimize business value and impact. We believe that the best code is simple for humans to read. - Empathy: work with our users and each other in mind
- Pragmatism: plan and work in iterations and design for change
- Ownership: ensuring we are delivering quality software to our customers
