Job Summary:

Internal Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Internal Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Internal Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and assets for marketing materials
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
• Manage social media accounts, including creating content and engaging with followers
• Review media and advertising opportunities and make recommendations
• Assist in organizing and attending events and trade shows
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with social media management platforms
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO and SEM

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Occasional standing and walking at business events, as needed
• Must be able to travel occasionally within the island of Oahu and neighboring islands (within the state of Hawaii)
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Job Type: Full-time, exempt, in-office/hybrid position

Pay: $50-60k annually, depending on experience
