Radix Health was founded in 2023 by Aaron Mangum, Josh Folds and Max Mangum, a group of friends and brothers with differing skillsets but a shared desire to use data and software to change healthcare. We raised a large pre-seed round in January, led by Afore Capital, and have been focused on building our business ever since. Our customers are some of the most well known provider groups in the country (including USACS and Solis Mammography).

We are very fortunate and proud of our company’s momentum, allowing us to invest in our business and expand our team. We’re a fully remote team with an in-person presence in NYC and LA if you’re the in-person type.

While every day is different and versatility is key, you will:

• Work full stack across our products, taking advantage of the newest developments in AI/ML technologies to build intelligent automation solutions that directly generate revenue for our customers

• Lead technical projects from inception through launch and iteration

• Report directly to our CTO and work with the engineering team to design and develop scalable system architecture

• Review the team’s code, provide insightful feedback, contribute to business, product and engineering discussions and foster a collaborative, problem-solving culture

Some days, you might:

• Develop scalable Python automations

• Build our machine learning infrastructure to operationalize a new model

• Utilize the latest LLMs to prototype an email response agent

• Join interviews with customers and help design products that solve their problems

• Live and breathe Python including API frameworks such as FastAPI

• Strong understanding of databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar

• Familiarity with streaming / queue-based infrastructure including Kafka or Pub/Sub

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs

• Proficiency in writing unit tests, integration tests, and using testing frameworks like pytest.

• Knowledge of web security standards and best practices, including data encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Github Workflows

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

• Experience with ElasticSearch, Spark, or Airflow

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts

• Experience with React and TypeScript, including frameworks like Next.js, and testing frameworks such as Vitest and Cypress

• Experience with healthcare data and industry standards
