As an integral part of our Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engaging our audience, and supporting our growth initiatives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to every aspect of our marketing strategy, from planning and executing engaging events to managing our digital presence.

EVEXIAS has multiple marketing coordinator opportunities available. Each coordinator will gain focus in one of three areas but have the opportunity to grow and learn in each area during his/her tenure. Current openings 1-3.

Reports to Marketing Managers.

Note: This position requires flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends to support event related activities.

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Event Planning and Management:

• Support coordination and labor of a variety of events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops
• Support management of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee management
• Support development of compelling event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and presentations
• Support help desk for events, calendar management, and FAQs

Public Relations:

• Assist with media outreach and relationship building
• Develop and distribute press releases and media pitches as needed
• Monitor media coverage and track media mentions
• Support development of coordinating social media plan
• SEO and link building—including pitching for link building opportunities

Digital Marketing:

• Support digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website)
• Assist with content creation and distribution
• Support inquiries on digital assets from the field teams
• Support EVEXIAS platforms built on WordPress

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a difference.
