Essential Function:

We are looking for a motivated Software Development Intern who is eager to learn and apply their skills in real-world applications. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience with C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.NET, and to work alongside experienced developers in a collaborative environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test software applications.
• Learn and develop applications using C#, ASP.NET, or MVC.NET frameworks.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles using languages like C++, C#, or Java.
• Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of existing systems.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide input on project direction.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous IT experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and experience with C++, C# or Java.
• Willingness and readiness to learn C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.NET.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git/DevOps.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Agile development methodologies.

This position is onsite in Ohio and pays between $20-23/hour.
