cFocus Software is seeking a Lead Developer to join our program in Reston, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph. 
• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 
• DoD 8570 Level II - Security+CE
• 5-7+ years of PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML, React, and CSS development experience
• 5-7+ years of Database skills – experience creating and implementing logical and physical database design.
• 5+ years of experience with Java w/Springboot, IntelliJ for Java Development, Docker, Gitlab, and Gherkin.
• 5+ years of experience working through Agile processes and methodology using Jira for tracking.
• Experience using triggers, stored procedures, and third party tools, such as Toad, Visio, SQL Loader for design and development.
• Object oriented programming experience.

• Responsible for database design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis on a large Enterprise Cross Domain Service (ECDS) system.
• Experience with database performance tuning.
• Experience using triggers, stored procedures, and third‐party tools, such as Toad, Visio, SQL Loader for design and development.
• Familiarity with Financial Applications and Accounting Concepts.
• Experience using Agile Development methodology.
• Experience creating all software life cycle documentation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and identify issues /bugs found in application code.
