Meet Your Future NeighborsAs a Software Engineer, Customer Experience is responsible for providing efficient platforms, workflows, and tools at scale for our internal customers in Finance, People, Neighborhood Operations and Sales & Marketing teams. As a software engineer, you will be responsible for building new applications or enhancements, integrating our platform systems with third party SAAS applications like Segment, Iterable, Salesforce, workday or building data pipelines into our data lake.

The Impact You'll MakeAs part of the Information systems team, you will play a pivotal role in defining, architecting, and building systems and features that enhance our internal infrastructure and tools to help our Neighborhood operations teams to ensure great member experience. You will also collaborate closely with the information systems team and product engineering teams to develop innovative tools, data pipelines, and integrations with other SaaS applications. Furthermore, you will design and build the infrastructure necessary to integrate our Ads platform with our backend systems (Salesforce and Workday), optimizing the order-to-cash process.

The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $180,000 to $260,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.
We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.
