Aquinas Consulting is working on a CRM Engineer job based out of New Haven, CT. In t to develop, implement, and maintain CRM deployments across multiple environments. This role involves close collaboration with architecture, UX, development teams, and the business community.

CRM Engineer Job responsibilities:

• Provide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications.
• Update and maintain Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Develop, test, and implement D365 Power Automate flows and custom features in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Create and support Proof of Concepts for new functionalities.
• Recommend and implement best practices for CRM solutions.
• Modernize business processes using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Perform on-call and after-hours support when required.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong expertise in D365 CRM, Power Platform, C#, .NET, Portal Development, Power BI, and Azure.
• At least 3 years of hands-on CRM development experience, with a focus on D365/CRM and Power Platform.
• Experience integrating within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Proficiency in building PowerApps and Flow-driven applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of CRM experience, 2+ years building PowerApps and Flow-driven Apps.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
