The Senior CRM Developer will be responsible for application development around the client's Salesforce applications as part of a Global Salesforce Center of Excellence. Designs must provide for scalability, extensibility, consistency, flexibility, and supportability. The individual will assist in meeting with the business to understand needs, collect and write specifications, manage the backlog, perform the development, and drive continuous code integration.
This position is onsite at the client's headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning, design, and development of Salesforce applications
Provide necessary documentation and adhere to development best practices and standards
Meet with the end users to define business requirements and system goals and identify and resolve business systems issues
Maintain knowledge of changing Salesforce technologies
Minimal Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent experience
5 years of development experience designing, coding, implementing, maintaining, and evolving web applications, Salesforce solutions and integrations
Experience conducting product demos and incorporating business feedback
Experience working with the salesforce platform on configuration, customization, integration, security, administration and other core features
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience customizing, Lightning, and programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Visual force, Apex Data Loader etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in defining and delivering scalable technical solution architecture and integrated solutions
Understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce.com is commonly integrated
Demonstrating industry experience and knowledge in manufacturing and technology
Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
