• Designing and building scalable software for the client's commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences and meeting revenue goals.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and analysts to understand user needs and develop products that meet those needs, with a focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and executing short and long-term roadmaps, balancing business impact, user experience, and technical quality for the Revenue Platform.
• Actively contributing to the team and company culture through participation in code reviews, and involvement in new initiatives.
• Supporting fellow engineers through feedback, code reviews, and improvement of internal tools and processes.
• Ensure continuous service operation by participating in the team's on-call rotation, including outside core collaboration hours on a periodic basis.

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering or related industry roles, with a focus on backend development and system design.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience.
• Mostly backend with Python language expert
• Contributions to open source projects or technical communities, particularly in the areas of Python, web development, and system design.
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and JSON data formats.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, and familiar with data modeling and query optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated success in developing and deploying large-scale web applications with a user-focused approach, with experience in technologies such as Python, MySQL, and web servers.
• Proficiency in building scalable backend systems, including experience with web APIs, data pipelines, and cron jobs.
• Required to participate with the call rotation (Collaboration hours are 10:00 am - 3:00 pm based on candidate’s time zone and 6 weeks basis)
