Job Description:
- Hands on Production support experience is required.
- He Should be managing the team for any technical challenged team needed.
- Microsoft technology development experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5 onwards, MVC, Web api, Bootstrap, Jquery, Angular, SQL 2012 onwards, SQL stored procedure.
- Angular ,React JS, Node JS, .Net Framework, .Net Core Web API, SQL, Mongo DB
- Hands on experience in handling production support tickets from L1 to L4 based on SLA metrics defined for production support tickets as well
- Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to L2,L3, L4 is needed (Problem Management).
- Development Experience required for Continuous improvement program
- Good problem-solving capabilities in developed applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
