What will you do? This is a full-time position performing day-to-day duties, including providing expertise and support for developing, maintaining, and administrating customer-facing websites and applications. Serve as point of contact to the internal teams regarding strategy and approach to web technologies. Communicate system status and track issues and enhancement requests. Develop and implement control strategies to ensure the security and operational efficiency of all customer-facing websites.

Compensation Range: $95,000 to $123,000 (Depending on Experience)

• Create and Optimize: Develop and maintain consumer-facing websites with top-notch optimization and functionality.

• Innovate and Streamline: Design and maintain programs and applications that enhance internal processes, including promotions databases and customer master tables.

• Backend Mastery: Schedule and maintain backend jobs and services to process data, generate reports, and support business functions.

• SEO and Web Development: Assist in shaping company policies on search engine optimization and web development.

• E-commerce Excellence: Support and execute technical requirements for e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on e-product inventory, customer support, and order processing within the e-commerce team.

• Performance Monitoring: Ensure optimal site performance and web server accessibility.

• Project Management: Lead projects involving web layout enhancements, website integrations, and database-backed websites.

• Modern Coding: Utilize CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to code web applications.

• Data Integration: Design and maintain data integration services with third-party platforms like AWS, Meta, and Constant Contact.

• Web Systems Analysis: Analyze, review, and modify web systems, ensuring they are well-documented, tested, and monitored.

• API Coordination: Evaluate and integrate external APIs to facilitate data exchanges.

• Business Support: Develop and maintain reporting applications to support business processes.

• Security Best Practices: Implement modern security practices to protect external websites.

• Analytics Oversight: Manage and support Google Analytics for our public-facing websites.

Do you possess the Education and Experience Needed?

• Associate degree in a computer-related field (computer science/programming) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in website design or web applications, development, tuning, and user interface design and management, as well as in these fields, is required.

Do you have these skills to be successful:

• E-commerce management, specifically Shopify development, Recharge subscription services, and Klavio email marketing.
• Familiar with 3rd party frozen fulfillment services and solutions, specifically eGourmet Services.
• Knowledge of common programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience working with .NET and MVC.
• Database knowledge, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• IIS web server management and administration.
• Knowledge of network domain name and DNS management.
