POSITION SUMMARY:

Nexus Health Systems is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to elevate our healthcare technology landscape. This critical role entails the strategic utilization of the Microsoft Power Platform to drive innovation and enhance the efficiency of our healthcare services. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated business applications that are congruent with our strategic objectives, thereby augmenting operational efficacy and elevating patient care standards. The Senior Developer will assume a key position within our technology hierarchy, reporting directly to the Cloud Services Manager, and will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare technology at Nexus.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate into effective Dynamics 365 (Business Central) / Power App solutions.

 Architect comprehensive Power Platform solutions to fulfill business requirements, including the creation of data models, user interfaces, automated workflows, forms, analytical reports, and interactive chatbots.

 Seamlessly integrate core business processes with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL Server, fostering a cohesive technological ecosystem

 Develop Power BI data models and visually appealing report visuals to facilitate informed decision-making aligned with organizational goals and KPIs.

 Responsible for managing changes, releases, updates and enhancements to SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform: Dynamics, Power apps and Power BI.

 Integrate Dynamics 365 (Business Central) / Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors.

 Employ advanced UI/UX design principles to forge compelling user interfaces that bolster user engagement and streamline navigation.

 Develop custom solutions utilizing JavaScript, C#, and X++, expanding on core solution capabilities in the Power Platform / Dynamics 365 (Business Central) and SharePoint.

 Champion data security and integrity across all platforms and services, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

 Harness Azure services to facilitate robust data ETL processes, contributing to the data lifecycle from extraction to insights.

 Lead and support development efforts, working cross-functionally with IT teams.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science / equivalent preferred, or 7+ years’ experience as a developer.

EXPERIENCE:

 Dynamics 365 Expertise / Power Platform: 5+ years’ experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Power Apps (inclusive of both canvas and model-driven frameworks), Dynamics 365 (Finance / Business Central), Power Automate for automation, and Power BI.

 Data Architecture: 3+ years working with data architecture principles and effective data management within Microsoft Dataverse.

 Cloud Data and Analytics: 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-based data and analytics technologies, with a focus on Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Fabric, and other Azure data services.

 SharePoint Design: 3+ years’ experience in the design, implementation, and creation of custom solutions for SharePoint.

 ETL Process Design: Experienced in the design, implementation, and maintenance of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, with the ability to handle data from diverse sources effectively.

 Programming Languages: Proficient with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, X++, JSON, SQL, DAX, Power Query.

 Proficient in independently eliciting requirements and developing applications, while excelling in a collaborative team environment preferred.

 Familiar with financial processes to better facilitate the development of core business applications and enhancements are HIGHLY desired preferred.

 Experience with GIT and CI/CD is advantageous preferred.

 Highly organized detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously preferred.

 Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot / Power Virtual Agents a plus preferred.

 App Portfolio to showcase solutions candidate has designed a plus preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

 Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer, App Maker, or Data Analyst certifications are highly desired.
