We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineer with 0-1 years of experience, passionate about leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, including Gitlab Duo, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and ChatGPT. This role is perfect for individuals eager to work on the cutting edge of AI-driven development tools and integrate these technologies into modern software development practices.

Designation: Software Engineer – R&D Transformation

Roles and Responsibilities:

AI-Powered Development:

• Utilize GenAI tools like GitLab, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and ChatGPT to enhance coding efficiency, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Assist in integrating AI-driven solutions into existing software development workflows to optimize productivity.

DevSecOps Enhancements:

• Drive migration to newer tool chain for better efficiencies on quality and speed
• Drive higher integrations with test tools to improve automation.
• Upgrade repositories as needed to latest versions
• Setup build pipelines to drive right build and tools controls.

Software Development:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.

Learning and Growth:

• Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest developments in GenAI technologies and software engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to contribute to the team's growth.

Testing and Debugging:

• Assist in the creation and execution of unit tests, integration tests, and debugging activities.
• Work with senior engineers to identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Familiarity with Gitlab, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or other GenAI tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to new technologies quickly.
