ComResource is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to align with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure)
• Defines customers’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle
• Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues. Able to deliver software independently when needed
• Software deployment support in staging and production environments
• Build a monitoring metrics dashboard, and report System health and Support status metrics

Essentials:

• Experience with .NET, SQL, and Postgres
• Education: Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related software development field
• Experience with .NET framework to create and support applications written in C# and ASP.NET Web Services and multiple database server technologies
• Professional experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
• Experience in running PostgreSQL in production
• Experience with Angular, component libraries, and related technologies
• Skills in troubleshooting and debugging
• An understanding of the formal SDLC (software development lifecycle)
• Should have experience in the run model, incident management, understand the priorities
• Should show sense of urgency to handle the Priority incidents, be able to understand the SLAs (acknowledgement, resolution)
