POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining software applications using a wide array of modern programming languages and frameworks. They are also knowledgeable in both the front end, back end of an application, as well as well-versed in databases, server configuration, user interface and more. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these layers of applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. The Full Stack Java Developer will work remotely, focusing on providing essential development support for the team. This role involves developing, maintaining, and improving the applications while ensuring they align with business requirements and objectives. The developer will also be responsible for supporting testing efforts and considering the constraints and capabilities of legacy systems such as SAMIS and CMCS. A significant aspect of the role involves familiarity with code modernization and refactoring efforts.

This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based in Dayton, OH or the DC area. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and training. The role requires collaboration with teams across different departments and locations.
