What you'll be doing:

• Develop AI-driven tools to automate software maintenance and refactoring.
• Contribute to the product vision and collaborate directly with users to refine features.
• Take ownership of your work by pushing daily pull requests and improving developer experience.
• Work closely with the team on complex distributed systems and internal engineering tools.
• Research and experiment with new technologies to drive product innovation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a software developer or SRE.
• Experience working on distributed systems and building internal engineering tools.
• Execution-driven mindsetyou love shipping and iterating quickly.
• Comfortable navigating a low-structure environment and solving unknown challenges.
• Passion for developer-led innovation and improving the software development process.
