What youll be doing:

• Develop and maintain a web-based platform for radiological image processing and analysis
• Implement, test, and optimize solutions for image storage, retrieval, and distribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technology with existing medical imaging workflows
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform across multiple devices and operating systems
• Stay updated on the latest developments in medical imaging technology and software engineering practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience with full stack development, particularly with technologies like JavaScript, Python, React, and Node.js
• Understanding of PACS/DICOM standards and experience with medical imaging software is a plus
• Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes
• Autonomous and proactive work style, with a history of taking ownership of projects
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in fast-paced or startup environments

Nice-to-haves:

• History of promotions (e.g., from SWE to Senior SWE/Staff SWE)
• Experience as a founder or in a leadership role in startups
