Position: Part Time

Schedules Available:

47 hours per pay period

· Week 1:

1. Tuesday 11:00AM - 5:00PM

2. Thursday 8:00AM - 4:00PM

3. Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM

4. Saturday 9:00AM - 12:00PM

· Week 2:

1. Tuesday 11:00AM - 5:00PM

2. Thursday 8:00AM - 4:00PM

3. Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM

22.5 hours per pay period

· Week 1:

1. Monday 3:00PM - 5:00PM

2. Tuesday 2:45PM - 5:15 PM

3. Friday 2:30PM - 5:00PM

· Week 2

1. Monday 3:00PM - 5:00PM

2. Tuesday 2:45PM - 5:15 PM

3. Saturday 9:00AM - 4:00Pm

4. Sunday 10:00AM - 2:00PM

Wage: Starting at $17/hour

Some tasks include, but are not limited supporting bathing, cleaning, cooking, and engaging clients in their daily plan goals. Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to qualify as an approved driver.
• Use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available)
• Minimum insurance requirements: $25,000 bodily injury liability (found on Declarations page of your policy)
