We are located in the city of Bellevue Washington and serve individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders from birth to 21 years of age.

Our team consists of a Psychologist, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, ABA Therapists, Assistive Technology specialists and more. Across the team, ICAN providers are dedicated to providing compassionate, neurodiversity affirming care.

In our years of operation, we have provided services to over 2,200 families all while maintaining no waitlists for services to meet the need of our community. We are an organization that is committed to professionalism, growth and fun.

• Occupational Therapy Roundtable- a weekly meeting where we discuss various topics to grow our knowledge and skill level in the various areas that, as Occupational Therapists, we can address.

Compensation: Positions available for full-time and part-time salary as well as per diem

ICAN promotes schedule flexibility and scheduling support services for its providers to manage therapy schedules for what works best for their patients and for them. We have two models of provider scheduling: Fee-based and Salaried.
