At Yoakum Community Hospital, we are seeking an engaging and passionate Advanced Practice Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare to our patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing patient education and counseling. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of highly skilled physicians, nurses, and support staff, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. Requirements

Requirements: - Valid and unrestricted license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team - Strong commitment to patient-centered care - Current BLS and ACLS certifications
