Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop personalized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and educate patients and their families on techniques for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy to improve articulation, voice quality, fluency, and language skills.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies.
Maintain detailed records and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
State licensure/certification as required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
