We are contracted with the Division of Developmental Disabilities and accept both private insurance and cash payments from clients. Role DescriptionA Better Tomorrow Therapy is actively looking for
Therapists to become part of our team.
We have openings for Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists. Each new Therapist will be responsible for providing services to designated pediatric clients in their homes. Specifically, the Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress towards goals. The selected candidate will also interact with other professionals, caregivers, and patients/families for effective care coordination and to develop appropriate goals and discharge plans.
Key Details for the Chosen Candidate to Note:We are actively recruiting Therapists for a 1099 independent contractor position to serve patients across the state of Arizona. We'll collaborate closely with you to connect you with clients in your local vicinity, ensuring you're comfortable with your caseload. Please Note: You will be driving to a clients home and providing quality service within the state of Arizona. The selected candidate must be prepared to travel to the patients' residences and deliver high-quality service. It is the responsibility of the selected candidate to arrange transportation to and from the appointments.
Qualifications Experience in providing patient care and home care
Ability to manage appointments, documentation, and record-keeping
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of developmental disabilities and interventions
Experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist Article 9 training
CPR Certified
AHCCCS ID Current or willing to obtain one.
