Salary: $90/hr

A Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for a full-time/Part time in Home Care position in Cleveland OH. Enjoy a great work-life balance with a Home Care Company in Cleveland OH. 
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list and methods to achieve identified goals.
  • Coordinate treatment plan with the patient, family, physician, and other team members.
  • Adapt treatment to meet the individual needs of the patient.
  • Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered.
  • Supervisor PTA's and HHA's experience:
  • Manual Therapy: 1 year (Required)


License/Certification:

  • Physical Therapy License (Required)
