CT/ Xray Technologist- Travel Contract- Kansas

American Consultants has openings for CT/XRay Techs for travel contracts. If you have always wanted to try travel, now is the time!!

Job Duties-
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them
- Position patients correctly to obtain the best possible images
- Operate X-ray equipment and adjust settings to ensure accurate images
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic evaluation
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information

Experience-
- Minimum of 1 yearsof experience as an X-ray Technician
- Proficient in performing X-ray scans and interpreting results
- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy
- Experience with CT or other specialized imaging techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as an ER or urgent care setting
- Knowledge of physiology and aseptic technique
- Familiarity with scans or other advanced medical imaging technologies is a plus
