Stay Well Home Health is a locally owned and operated full-service home health care agency specializing in nursing and rehabilitation. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Physical Therapists who are committed to providing the highest level of home health care to the patients we serve.

**We currently have an opening for Full, Part, or PRN Status.

*Home care experience required*

You must have great communication and time management skills. You have to be comfortable working with a team, as well as individually. Local travel is required throughout the Cincinnati area so you must have reliable transportation and be comfortable driving in all weather conditions.

YOU MUST: Have a current and unrestricted Ohio PT License
Have current CPR Certification
Have a valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and a working vehicle
Experience in-home care and med surge
Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills
