As a Direct Support Professional, you will support our residents by providing direct care to male and female residents, maintaining health and hygiene, assisting with resident goals and personal care needs, and supporting a loving and nurturing environment in all aspects of the care you provide. And you will build lasting relationships with our very special residents!

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly and push individuals who weigh up to 200 pounds in wheelchairs. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift.

**Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Heinzerling Community is a Substance Free Workplace and does not accommodate the use of drugs or medical marijuana.

PAY RATE & HOURS:

(including shift differentials + weekend differential)

1ST SHIFT (7a-330p):

$19.25 - $21.25

2ND SHIFT (3p-1130p)

$21.25- $23.25
