Arrows Behavior Academy has a full-time position open for a BCBA Intern.
A BCBA Intern is someone who is currently in attending or has completed an accredited Master's program and is working toward completion of their BCBA credentials. In this unique position you will be completing part-time direct services and part time BCBA duties under the supervision of a Licensed BCBA. This will provide more opportunities to complete unrestricted hours than an RBT position.
Responsibilities
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide Supervision for RBT's
- Conduct skill development assessments
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- Conduct trainings with RBT's
- Implement treatment plans
- Conduct regular fidelity-checks
- Create Intervention Protocols
- Provide 1:1 intensive ABA treatment to children ages 3 - 18 in clinic, home setting, and community based environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect data in-order to monitor effectiveness of treatment plan
- Analyze data to determine direction of treatment
- Provide regular written and verbal documentation of daily progress toward treatment goals
- Ensure the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times
- Follow Arrows Behavior Academy policies and procedures

- Be an active participant in a work-family that is dedicated to helping our clients reach their full potential
- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings with BCBAD
- Qualifications -
- Master's degree from an Accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program or must be enrolled
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Must have passion for working with children who have special needs
- Must have PATIENCE
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to accept feedback
- Must be organized
- Must have at least 1 year experience as an RBT
- Must have a clean driving record
- MUST be eager to learn about ABA

Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
