Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

Location : Natchez, MS

Duties:

• The applicant is responsible for the provision of covered services to enrolled and unassigned patients presenting for care.
• The applicant will be ensuring the patient’s care plan contains medical recommendations for clinically indicated care.
• The applicant is responsible for reviewing available clinical and performance data with the team, and focusing on continuous improvement of critical team processes.
• The applicant is responsible ensuring the patient has same-day access for face-to-face, telehealth, and telephone care visits during regular clinic hours

Qualification:

• The applicant shall demonstrate evidence of education, training, and experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

Education/ Experience :

• The applicant must have an MSN from an accredited nursing program and have ANA Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in either Adult Health or Family Practice.
• The applicant must have an Authorization for prescriptive authority.
• The applicant must possess Three years of clinical nursing experience.
• The applicant must possess a minimum of one (1) year clinical experience as a CRNP
