Job Summary: The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of our ABA center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and the implementation of effective treatment plans. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the ABA center, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients, based on evidence-based practices in ABA.
• Supervise and provide ongoing support and training to a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other necessary records.
• Stay current with developments in the field of ABA and autism treatment, incorporating new research and techniques into the program.
• Ensure a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Participate in outreach and community engagement activities to promote the center's services and build relationships with referral sources.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong clinical skills in ABA, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a center-based ABA program.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data collection software.
• Additional certifications or training in related areas (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Early Intervention).
