Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our team. You will virtually conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise therapy sessions, and provide ongoing support and collaboration with other clinical disciplines on-site, caregivers, and community support teams.
Compensation:- $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on skills, certification, and experience
- Bilingual pay differential for those who qualify
- MUST hold a current AZ LBA but can live outside of the state.
Work Schedule:- Remote Schedule (must be willing to travel to the clinic once per-quarter, fully reimbursed)
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, MST
- No weekends or Late-night sessions
- All clinic-based care
- Quarterly travel to the clinic, with expenses fully covered by the company
Key Responsibilities:- MUST be currently licensed in Arizona
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to BTs and RBTs on staff
- Conduct parent coaching and oversee client progress
- Participate in weekly departmental and on-on-one meetings
- Collaborate with other disciplines (PT, ST, OT, Feeding) and service providers
Qualifications:- MUST be currently licensed in Arizona (AZ LBA)
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Master's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years holding BCBA certification
- Over 3 years of experience working as a BCBA in clinical or home settings
- Experience working with children
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- When visiting the clinic - High energy level and physical capability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the workday
