We are seeking a dedicated BCBA, Clinical Director to manage a brand new ABA center for children with autism as we expand into PA. The Clinical Director will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the center's operations.

Our salary offer of $90,000 - $140,000 is commensurate with BCBA's skill set and experience.

Duties

• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with insurance and state regulations and standards
• Provide leadership and support to ABA providers
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care delivery

Requirements

• License/Certification:
  • BCBA (Required)
  • BSL (Required)
• Proven experience in a Center based ABA therapy for children with autism
• Strong ability to manage and lead clinical teams effectively
