Job Title: Licensed BCBA Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed BCBA Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and providing clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule that includes both in-person and remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to staff and ensure adherence to treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on program development and improvement
Requirements:- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience supervising staff and providing clinical oversight
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
