We have been helping patients in our community since 2012 and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an exceptional Full Time or Part Time Audiologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. Are you passionate about providing the best patient care as part of a growing team? We look forward to learning more about you!

What You’ll Do:

• Work with both adult and pediatric patients
• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events.

What You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
• Active NY Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
• Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
• Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
• Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback

What We Offer:

- Base Salary:

• Part Time employees: $40-$50/hour
• Full Time employees: $65K plus
