Albuquerque Hearing and Balance, a privately-owned Audiology practice, is seeking an Audiologist to add to our team. For over 25 years, our hearing and balance care center is highly respected for its commitment to high quality hearing/balance treatment and flexible approach to meeting patient needs through person centered care. The Audiologist will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages (in both a private practice and ENT setting), fittings hearing instruments, and follow-up care. In addition, they may participate in vestibular testing, adult cochlear implants, and ABR/ASSR testing. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Cochlear implant evaluations and mapping
• Vestibular evaluations
• Electrophysiologic testing (ABR/ASSR)
• Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
• Active New Mexico Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
