The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic BCBA to join our Clearwater team. This is an exciting chance to work in a variety of settings, including public and private schools and family homes. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop impactful behavior intervention plans, facilitate social skills groups, and collaborate with a knowledgeable and supportive directors and analyst invested in your success. You’ll also benefit from a customized development plan and ongoing support from our dedicated team.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and track client progress.
- Lead and facilitate engaging social skills groups.
- Work across diverse settings, including schools and our clinic.
- Participate in regular training and growth opportunities.
