Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's degree or higher
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
Preferred:
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Select appropriate assessments and complete all required components for client funding sources.
- Administer various assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
- Develop reports such as functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
- Provide behavioral skills training to direct care staff and monitor progress regularly.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing ABA procedures and interventions.
- Develop individualized programming based on client and caregiver needs.
