Join our dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and experienced licensed Physician Assistants looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes.

About Us:

We specialize in delivering advanced wound care in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences. Operating in 8 states, we are expanding rapidly and currently care for approximately 300 patients.

Cities include:

Newcastle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, Renton, East Renton Highlands, Tukwila, Seattle, White Center, Issaquah, SeaTac, Burien, Kirkland, Sammamish, Redmond, Kent.

Position Details:

Role:Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant

Commitment:Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Patient Load:Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:$170,000/year

Job Duties:

Deliver high-quality primary and specialty care to patients.

Conduct routine and follow-up assessments to monitor patient health.

Develop education strategies regarding disease prevention and management.

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
