The Imaging Advanced Practice Provider will work in collaboration with an Interventional Radiologist to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Completes procedures as appropriate and may provide evaluation and management services.

This individual is required to be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

This is a Bloomington Medical Services position.

Requirements/duties:

• Performs procedures within the scope of practice.
• Practice includes performing physical assessments, prescribing medications, pre/intra and post procedure care.
• Clear documentation of care/procedures and appropriate selection of billing codes.
• Works with supervising/collaborating physician to provide services inpatient/outpatient.
• Office phone call coverage participation. Participates in call coverage with our nursing home coverage.
• Collaborate with physician and refer to services as needed to provide excellent quality services to our patients.
• Counsel and educate patient and their families/caregivers, as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and standard of care. Providing care within the scope of practice.
• Communication with other health care providers as needed to promote continuity of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Active Ohio NP or PA license
• BC/BE
• BCLS and ACLS certification
• DEA license

Preferred Experience:

• Interventional Radiology or comparable invasive procedure experience preferred
