We are currently looking for experienced Per Diem Physical Therapists who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations in Coachella Valley and surrounding areas, including:

*Cathedral City *Coachella *Desert Hot Springs *Indian Wells *Indio *La Quinta *Palm Desert *Palm Springs *Rancho Mirage *Joshua Tree *Twentynine Palms *Yucca Valley *Other Cities within the Coachella Valley

This is primarily acute orthopedic and cardiac rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Home Health experience
• Valid California PT license required
• Current CPR certification required
• Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Located in Southern California

Job Types: Per-Diem - This is direct hire work - not interested in independent contractors.
