We are seeking a full-time Investment Client Service Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is organized, provides excellent customer service, and is a quick learner.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients by completing client paperwork for new and existing investments
- Client intermediary
- Office management and marketing
Qualifications:
- Must have an Associates or Bachelors' Degree in Business or Marketing
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong public relations and customer service skills
- Knowledge of investment finance is very helpful
